Å spise er å veie opp, og å dele ut


On the first night of the exhibition “Å spise er å veie opp, og å dele ut”, KVAE OG BARK (me and Øyvind Novak Jenssen) did a 8-course menu in the exhibition, based on localy foraged plants and fish, with inspiration from the cookbook sentral in the exhibition. 17 invited guests was part of the performative dinner.
